iPhone and Android phones, from compact screens to very tall ones, and tablets too. The interface adapts to the screen. The minimum system versions will be listed on the App Store and Google Play pages at launch.

Yes. The game is free to play. You can buy gems, which only buy cosmetic items, and PASS NEON, a one-time purchase that will skip the rewarded ads and grant their rewards directly (×2 at the end of a run, gift upgrades) once ads arrive. The current test build has no ads. Nothing you can buy makes your swarm stronger.

No, you can play offline. The monthly leaderboard, the online save and purchases need a connection.

Yes. In Settings you'll find a left-handed mode (the shield button moves to the other side) and, under Comfort, reduced flashes, reduced motion, camera shake, large text and high contrast.

Settings › Comfort › Language. The game is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Korean, Japanese and Hindi.

Settings › Privacy and help, then Replay the movement tutorial or Replay the shield tutorial.

Open the Shop, go to the Premium tab and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. This restores PASS NEON.

Gems are not restored by Apple or Google, because they are used up when you spend them. They live in your online save, on your anonymous account. If you reinstall or change phone before account linking exists, that account is replaced by a new one: write to us with the store order number and we'll look into it.

Every purchase is checked by our server with Apple or Google before the gems are added, so it can take a moment. Make sure you're online, then close and reopen the game.

Still missing? Email us with your nickname, your platform and the store order number. On Apple, it's in your receipt email (it starts with M). On Google Play, it starts with GPA. and is in your order history.

Payments are handled by the stores, so refunds are too. On iPhone, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, open your Google Play order history. If a purchase is refunded, the gems or items it gave may be removed.

Gems buy cosmetic items: premium skins like Storm, Eclipse and Reactor, and portrait packs. They can only be bought, never earned or won. Coins are the currency you earn by playing.

No. Gems and items stay on the account that got them and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged.

On your phone, and in an online save linked to your anonymous player account whenever you're connected. There's no email or password: the account is created automatically.

Not yet, sorry. In the current version the anonymous account is tied to the game installed on your phone, so it can't be moved. Linking with Game Center and Google Play Games is planned to fix exactly this.

Reinstalling creates a new anonymous account, for the same reason as above. Use Restore in the shop for PASS NEON. Gems are not restored by the stores: if you had bought some, write to us with your old nickname and the store order numbers, and we'll look into it.

Settings › Privacy and help › Erase my progress, then confirm twice. This also deletes your online save and your Unity player account (the anonymous ID). It can't be undone. Details on the delete page.

Only ranked runs in the endless mode count. Your score is your best distance of the month. The board resets at the start of every month (Paris time) and the top three get the podium. When the month closes, everyone who ranked gets a badge, and higher leagues add the trail of the month, animated portrait frames and coins. Past months stay archived for up to six months.

Leagues are relative, not fixed distances. Ranked players are sorted by their best distance of the month: the top 1% are Neon, the top 5% Diamond, the top 15% Platinum, the top 35% Gold, the top 65% Silver, and everyone else Bronze. During the month, your Profile shows roughly how far you are from the next league.

Our server replays every ranked run from its seed and your inputs. If the replay doesn't match the score, the score is rejected. That happens with modified games, but bugs exist too: if you think it's a mistake, write to us with your nickname and the date of the run.

Yes: tap the pencil next to your nickname on the Profile screen. Latin letters only, so everyone can read the board, and keep it friendly: we may rename nicknames that break the rules.

An anonymous player ID, your online save, your leaderboard entries, purchase receipts and anonymous crash reports. No email, no real name, no advertising ID. Everything is in the Privacy Policy.

Not in the current version. Optional rewarded videos are planned for later; the Privacy Policy will be updated before they arrive.
